Advisor's interesting talk

Today, i followed one of my advisor to a church near my house, it was a small banglo-size church which has a kindergarten beside it.

The topic was 'DATING'. He said that dating was quite common and think that 'courtship' is a better way to describe his topic. This is because, nowadays teenagers are 'dating' like breathing, it's a very common thing where the 'couples' will watch movies or have meals together. However, that was not the purpose of courtship.

Courtship happens when both parties are matured enough to get married get together. This happens most probably when oneself is in university or elder. If both secondary kids 'dates' each other, they are not prepared to get married and take care of babies are they? Maturity is a must in courtship.

Besides that, a christian should try not to find a non-believer as life-partner. This may seem a minor problem now, but in the future, is he/she willing to let your children go to church? If the non-believer would like to enter christianity, the angels will rejoice over one soul, it would be great!
